How many times have you traveled and experienced jet lag? Did you know there are ways to avoid it? How to trick our biological clock? Take note of these advices:

The days previous to flight reduce stress, eat a balanced diet and do some exercise. Rest as much as possible. If you travel from East to West it is recommended to get up an hour earlier. And if you do the opposite, go to bed an hour earlier. Advancing or delaying meal times will also help regulate your body.

Hotel Bagués

During the flight, avoid alcohol and caffeine. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, eat often but small amounts, wear comfortable clothing, raise your feet, take a walk around the plane, do some stretching and try to sleep if you travel at night.

If this does not convince you, you will always have the possibility of the innovative anti jet lag headphones by Valkee, which stimulate the brain through a luminous channel that is inserted through the ear. It is a matter of taste.
