A luxury culinary proposal that includes delicious creative dishes
CEBO is a daring new culinary concept. Recently inaugurated, all of the cuisine at the Urban Hotel has been completely changed. Headed by Aurelio Morales, the new proposal has a clear Mediterranean influence and highlights Madrid cuisine, bringing Madrid and Barcelona together on one plate. The cuisine at the new Urban is defined as contemporary. It is modern and progressive and is constantly evolving and free, using techniques from around the world.
With a capacity to seat 25 diners, the decoration at the new CEBO has been the work of the team of Derby Hotels designers, led by Koke Clos.
