Balmes Residence is a new boutique hotel with a modernist flair. It's a new concept in accommodations located in the heart of the Eixample district in the centre of Barcelona, in an Art-Nouveau building from the beginning of the 20th century which Derby Hotels Collection restored, respecting the uniqueness and all of its Art-Nouveau elements.
