Meat and fish feature in the main courses at the Josefin, with highlights such as turbot fillet with mashed butternut squash & chanterelles, fillet of beef, special selection, roasted tomato, or fillet of veal, mashed jerusalem artichoke & cep ravioli. And for those with a sweet tooth, the Josefin offers black chocolate vacherin & passion fruit sorne, and millefeuille josefin with caramel and pear sorbet.
