With spectacular décor combining good taste and extravagance, it includes digitalised lighting, crystallised panels, a chimney lined in gold leaf and chairs with steel feet upholstered with iguana-textured leather.
Europa Decó offers creative Mediterranean cuisine. Chef Joaquín Felipe and Francisco Patón, winner of the Spanish National Gastronomy Award and heading the wait staff, have developed a cosmopolitan aesthetic and cuisine oriented towards seasonal ingredients with a contemporary flair. Of special note are the tuna trio and calamari sashimi, New Zealand Kobe-style beef tataki with arugala, the roast lamb sirloin with quinoa and 'Iberian secret' with cornbread crumble.
