Suites Avenue occupies an avant-garde building built in 2009. The building stands out for its wavy façade of stainless steel with organic lines inspired by shapes from nature and the nacre colour that captures the hues of the sunlight and changes colour depending on the light of the moment. It is a façade that features the views of the city prominently.
Inside is organised around an impressive interior patio built in quartzite and translucent laminar glass. Around it, a unique combination of materials comes together: red travertine marble and walnut wood on the floors of the common areas; quartzite stone and ebony in the hallways, natural slate in the bathrooms.
Suites Avenue exhibits part of the Clos Archaeological Collection in the building's museum room, for the exclusive use of guests. This collection consists of Hindu art (jade discs, windows and sculptures from the 19th century) and Buddhist and Hindu pieces and sculptures from the 16th to 19th centuries.
