The varied and highly exclusive cuisine offered at the Hotel Banke is based on two core principles: its Spanish influence and the use of premium quality ingredients selected from across the whole of France.

By booking the Stay & Food package you will enjoy, among other benefits, breakfast included for every day of your stay and, on one day, a set menu in the Josefin Restaurant. The menu offer can be extended for you to enjoy on each day of your stay.

A sample menu offer is shown below (these dishes are a sample of a set daily menu. They are subject to substitutions selected from the menu but will include products of comparable or greater quality).


FIRST COURSE: Crab ravioli thai chive & lobster juices autumn vegetables baby vegetables, chervil root, pear & nut

MAIN COURSE: Occitania rack of spring lamb mild spices, chicory and mandarin tatin, acidulated red onion langoustine 'quenelle' mangel beet

CHOICE OF DESSERT: Carrot fondant white chocolate, cinnamon & nut crispexotic sweet with saffron, coconut sorbet
