Located in a quiet and recently renovated annex building in the Catalan modernist style, the flats are characterised by their high ceilings with elaborate mouldings and paintings and the distinctive tiles of their floors representing geometric shapes.

The family rooms are 25m² rooms with capacity for 4 people and distributed in two floors with stairs. They are functional rooms in which work and leisure can be carried out in a perfect way under all the comfort that Derby Hotels Collection offers. On the lower floor there is a cosy rest area with a sofa bed and on the upper floor the bedroom area. Some of the Rooms have a small private terrace.
