New season, new menu at ‘Mordiscos by CEBO’
This season, the Urban Terrace features its casual tapas menu created by CEBO chefs Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo. The new menu offers a selection of tapas and relaxed dishes designed for sharing at any time of day. Must-tries include the Joselito ham and sheep's milk croquette; The Idiazabal cheese fritter with quince paste; Mini hotdog with Galician-style octopus and homemade kimchi; Croissant with bluefin tuna tartare and a double-cooked egg; or the Joselito Iberian pork brioche with Payoyo cheese sauce.
