The Urban’s Glass Bar presents ‘Red Vertex’, a special-edition cocktail that will be available from March 4 to 8 on the occasion of Madrid’s art week.

Made with Sipsmith Gin, cherry Aperol, Amaro Santoni and kumquat and lime juice, ‘Red Vertex’ draws its inspiration from artistic language. In geometry, a vertex is the point where two or more elements meet. In the case of this cocktail, the ingredients merge as if they were meeting at that exact point. As a final touch, the ice is carved into a triangular shape, simulating its three vertices and reinforcing the connection between art and mixology.

In addition, the Glass Bar invites guests to discover ‘Bocados by CEBO’, its informal snacking concept with a Michelin star, created by Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo, chefs of CEBO. Creations that pair perfectly with an extensive signature cocktail menu, making the Urban the perfect plan to enjoy ARCO week in Madrid.
