I’ve traveled all over the world, stayed in many a clean, lovely hotel. Your staff are exceptional at their jobs and are your most valuable assets. They went above and beyond to make my first visit to Barcelona a grand one and my hotel stay wonderful. But more than that, I could tell that they love their jobs. Their tips about places to go, things to see, plus the time they took meant everything to me.
