This season, the Urban maintains its gastronomic proposal <strong>'Mordiscos by CEBO'</strong> and incorporates as a novelty the <strong>live DJ sessions during the weekends</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>La Terraza del Urban is one of the rooftops where you can breathe Madrid.</strong> Open to locals and visitors, the Urban invites all passers-by to enjoy the 360&ordm; views from its rooftop, located on the sixth floor, with views of Madrid's main streets such as <strong>Alcal&aacute; Street, Gran V&iacute;a and in the background, the Retiro</strong>. The visit to the Urban Terrace can be completed with an <strong>informal proposal designed for sharing signed by Michelin-starred chefs Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo; signature cocktails</strong> designed for all palates and <strong>live DJ sessions on weekends</strong>. <p><strong>Mordiscos by CEBO at the Urban's Sky Terrace</strong></p>
<p>Enjoying CEBO's bites outdoors is possible at the Urban's Terrace. <strong>Michelin-starred chefs</strong> <strong>Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo</strong> propose an informal concept for guests and clients to enjoy CEBO's cuisine on the Urban's Terrace.</p>
<p>CEBO's menu is composed of proposals to share, based on <strong>appetizers</strong> among which you can't miss its <em>Joselito ham and sheep's milk croquette</em>, chosen as <strong>'The Best Croquette 2021 by Ca&ntilde;itas Mate'. Mouthfuls of the Sea</strong> such as <em>Mini hotdog of octopus a feira and homemade kimchee or the traditional Squid Bocata with garlic emulsion.</em> <strong>From the Earth</strong>, with dishes like <em>Rock &amp; Roll of beef rib and chipotle mayo or Mollete of smoked pastrami, havarti and truffle</em>. And sweeter bites, among which you can taste its<em> Cacao en potencia</em> or its refreshing <em>red fruit Polo.</em></p>
<p><strong>Cocktails at Cielo de Madrid</strong></p>
<p>As a novelty, the Urban incorporates in its menu a<strong> Spritz section</strong>, with a variety of cocktails for all palates. <strong>Paloma Spritz</strong>, with tequila, cava, grapefruit and agave or <strong>Press Spritz,</strong> based on gin, cava, lemon, vanilla and soda.</p>
<p>La Terraza del Urban offers a wide range of cocktails to enjoy every day of the week. In this summer season, the Urban elaborates signature cocktails such as <strong>Aviation</strong>, made with gin, maraschino liqueur, cr&eacute;me de violette and lemon juice; <strong>Mai Tai</strong>, based on rum, cura&ccedil;ao, almond and lime juice; <strong>Long Island Ice Te</strong>, with vodka, white rum, triple dry and gin, or <strong>Naked and Famous</strong>, based on mezcal, Chartreuse amarillo, Aperol and lime juice.</p>
<p>In addition, the Terrace offers a <strong>Mocktails</strong> proposal, with tropical flavors such as<strong> Pineapple and Coconut or Fresh Summer,</strong> made with strawberry puree, cranberry juice and orange.</p>
<p><strong>Live DJ sessions</strong></p>
<p>Live DJ sessions are the stars of the Urban Terrace this season. They can be enjoyed on <strong>Fridays and Saturdays from 20:00h to 00:00h</strong> with a cocktail or informal snack while the sun goes down in Madrid.</p>
